We have the ability to produce almost any gasket from your drawings by using one of several different methods:-
Hand cutting:- for one offs/tight time scales
Cad cutting – drawing scanned & gasket produced (fast turnaround)
Water jet cutting – saves tooling costs/time (ideal for thicker material)
Tooling:-A tool is produced to your drawing(ideal for large amounts)
Many tools are already in place, if not, one can be produced for you & can be used over & over again, cutting down on costs in the future, this is the most common form of gasket cutting.
